============================= README.TXT ==================================
Welcome to the Travel Adventure CDROM, May 1994 edition!
These photos, by professional photographer Nick Shears, are stored as
super sharp GIF files with 1024 x 768 resolution and 256 colors.
Versions at 640 x 480 are also included for faster viewing and
printing. And for high-end color separations and desktop publishing,
all images are also stored as 1024 x 768 TIF files with 16.8 million
colors.
Best of all, the photos on this disc are distributed entirely
royalty-free. You may print these images again and again in anything
from brochures to magazines -- all for much less than the cost of
renting a single stock photo. You are also free to transmit the
images to and from bulletin board systems (BBSs) or manipulate them
in graphics programs. (You are not allowed to include these on any
floppy disc or CDROM product.)
Finally, for ease of use the disc also contains VPIC software so you
can enjoy breathtaking slide shows that run unattended on your PC.
Captions for each photo are also supplied so you can identify the
subject and location of each image.
Enjoy!
